Sampling elements of ancient and modern China, the tour’s itinerary begins in
the northern capital of Beijing with stops at the Great Wall and Yungang’s caves
before concluding at Xi’an, where the 7,000 terra-cotta soldiers of Emperor
Qin’s tomb reside. Along the way, riders take in views of rural China’s
countryside, mountains, and waterfalls. Prices per person range from $3,480 for
those riding a BMW F 650 GS to $5,520 for those on a BMW R 1200 GS.
