Panoptx, provider of protective eyewear since 1997, introduces its most
ambitious release to date—the military-grade Warrior V-Zero Ballistic. Its name
inspired by the military V0 ballistic test for impact, the appeal of this
eyewear lies in its ability to provide visual clarity, virtually eliminating
glare while providing impact resistance in dangerous conditions such as extreme
wind, blowing sand, and bright light intensities. Meeting Class 1 optics
standards, these thick 2.3mm day/night lenses are tapered and de-centered, which
means zero distortion from any angle. The lenses are made with NXT polyurethane
to provide riders with greater impact resistance than polycarbonate or glass,
and a faster photochromatic response from yellow in low light to dark gray in
sunlight.
As the most protective offering that Panoptx has yet produced, the
Warrior V-Zero Ballistic eyewear creates an environmental seal against the
airborne elements that motorcyclists face while active. This model utilizes the
company’s patented orbital seal eyecup, which is removable and contains
foam-lined vents that allow breathability while filtering out dust, dirt, and
sand. (Click image to enlarge)
Warrior V-Zero Ballistic debuted with a limited-edition collector
series of frames, with three temple artwork styles: checkered to signify
victory, and hybrid and pinstripe flame patterns against black chrome to
represent the company’s image of premium rider style.
