 Ralph Lauren, a man who grew up without fashion, realized a
dream and created an empire. The world of society, old money, and country club
living became the look of Polo Ralph Lauren, which turns 40 this year. He went
on to define western style and motoring fashion, crossed with a strength that
eventually cemented his name into the canvas of Americana. As an antique car
aficionado and motorcycle owner himself, Lauren redefines heritage style again
for Fall 2007 with GT Coupe, a black monochromatic collection of leather racing
