12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CurtCo Robb Media, its officers, directors, employees, members, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your breach of the Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the supplemental terms and conditions for e-Recruiter". CurtCo Robb Media shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. 13. CurtCo Robb Media may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of this Site. Without limiting the foregoing, CurtCo Robb Media shall have the right to immediately terminate your access and use of the Site, or any portion of the Site, in the event of any conduct by you or through your account which CurtCo Robb Media, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions.
