rally, as well as being rich with history and folklore. This well-written
feature length documentary presents an in-depth and fascinating look at the
Black Hills community, and includes a complete biography of the town’s namesake,
Samuel D. Sturgis (a famous Civil War Brigadier General), as well as the rally’s
