A Garage with the Works
Whirlpool's Gladiator GarageWorks
04/01/2004

You have created a home that is both beautiful and functional. Does your two-wheel pride and joy deserve anything less? Whirlpool’s Gladiator GarageWorks (866.342.4089, www.gladiatorgw.com) can transform even the dingiest garage into a haven that is free from dirt and disorder. The line of products ranges from rolling cabinets and lockers to hooks, hanging baskets, and shelves that can be rearranged as your storage needs change. The Gladiator line also includes a rolling trash compactor and a 3-foot-tall refrigerator ($700) that sits on casters. The refrigerator has a built-in heater that keeps its contents chilled but prevents them from freezing in a cold garage. All of the cabinets and appliances feature an elegant and masculine diamond plate aluminum design theme. The Gladiator web site includes a Blueprint Estimator that designs a virtual garage into which you can drag and drop any GarageWorks component to see how it will fit and appear in your structure. You can continue adjusting the design until you create your perfect garage. (Click images to enlarge)
