Taking a Stand
UCS1 Universal rear stand
Holly Aguirre
01/01/2006

The UCS1 Universal rear stand from Cycle Cat is a superbly finished piece of simple ingenuity that is not only self-contained and functional, but also safe to use. One of the best rear end stands we’ve ever used, the UCS1 enables one person to lift the bike in one fluid motion and getting it down is just as easy. Going from side stand to rear stand is a snap and the usual worry about dropping the bike while transitioning the weight from side to upright is gone. Constructed of welded and powder-coated steel tubing, the UCS1 provides a steady and unyielding support once the bike is in place. All kits are complete with adapters for spools or under-swingarm lifting, thereby making it universal for all dual-swingarm bikes. (Click image to enlarge)
