Voce, a new concept in premium wireless service, aims to redefine the

flat monthly rate, for which the service includes a choice of the latest handset
technologies, home, office and car chargers, and Bluetooth. Voce provides
handset insurance, unlimited domestic calling, text and picture messaging, email
and web browsing, and directory assistance. Members who travel frequently enjoy
extensive international calling, coverage and support. Best of all, Voce’s
24-hour on-call personal assistants are dedicated to making one’s life easier by
providing navigation, restaurant reservations, airport assistance services, and
a host of other amenities and information.

There is no long-term service contract, and lost or damaged
phones are usually replaced overnight. A customer is not placed on hold or
subjected to recorded messages, which Voce understands is an increasing cause of
frustration. "It’s what sets us apart," says Ron Pattani, Voce’s marketing
director.
Currently, Voce offerings include the Nokia N95, Nokia 8600,
and the exciting new LG Prada with touch-and-go music player, an elegant
presentation box, and supple leather travel cases providing the extra touches
that active, successful customers have come to expect from premium service
